Online Account Manager

We're looking for you:
- Smart, sociable and passionate about helping clients get the most out of our product and about what could be accomplished through delivering a great experience.
- You inspire confidence, build robust working relationships and help us further shape the product and services we offer.
- And you can talk your way out of a heist while making friends with both the thief and the police. Or maybe just the thief?

Responsibilities
- The role of the DAM(n) is to engage with our clients and to assist them with the onboarding - Billing, order management and communications. Overall, you're delivering a great experience and assisting our partners in their daily tasks in an effort to strengthen our relationship.

Tasks
- Investigate reports
- Offer support on 3rd party presence points (such as forums & niched communities)
- Improve and create patterns and processes to streamline the interaction and communication
- Help develop the product with valuable input gathered
- Work smart: find new ways to spend less time on various repetitive tasks, hack your way to making clients and you smile with confidence

Relationship & hierarchy
- Based on your experience you will report to our Sales Manager and will work on a team of like-minded individuals.

- Coordinate with the Support and Development department to improve the product, services and find come up with the best solutions for our clients.


Requirements
- Experience in Account Management and Service Orientation (at least one year)
- Excellent at prioritizing, time management and serious follow-through skills
- Strong team player and decent networking skills
- Self-starter with a positive “yes, can do” attitude
- Making good timely decisions in relatively complex cases and in situations with uncertainty or pressure
- Strong English communication skills written & verbal

Nice to have, but not mandatory:
- Additional languages are most welcomed
- Project or Product Management experience
- Having worked as an Account Manager or Community Manager
